By accessing trainexec.sbs, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the binding constraints of these Terms of Service. TrainExec provides educational resources and high-level consulting frameworks regarding deep learning architectures. If you do not agree to these structural parameters, you must cease use of the portal immediately.
02 Professional Service Limits
TrainExec operates as a technical consultancy. All neural network optimization strategies, architecture audits, and enterprise AI integration paths are provided for informational and advisory purposes. While we strive for architectural excellence, results are contingent upon client data hygiene and hardware environments.
- / No guarantee of specific model accuracy beyond baseline audits.
- / Integration strategies are limited to documented corporate IT environments.
- / Training workshops are subject to internal engineering prerequisites.
03 Intellectual Property
The visual design, proprietary training modules, and architectural blueprints hosted on trainexec.sbs are the property of TrainExec. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and apply these frameworks internally. Reproducing our neural design methodologies for commercial resale without explicit written consent is a breach of these terms.
04. Liability & Risk Parameters
Structural isolation of responsibility in AI deployment.
A. DATA INTEGRITY
TrainExec is not responsible for data corruption or accuracy loss resulting from poor client-side preprocessing or pipeline failures.
B. DEPLOYMENT
Optimization recommendations are hardware-aware but do not guarantee uptime in edge or cloud environments maintained by third parties.
C. TOTAL LIMIT
To the maximum extent permitted in Alberta, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
05 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of TrainExec's consulting or educational portal shall be settled in the courts of Calgary, AB.
